It is truly an honor to be a part of an event focused on the repercussions and learnings of the disaster of Fukushima. How far the radioactivity extends across the oceans and into the future is still yet to be known, but there are clear signs that the impact is strong.
I am especially grateful for my friend Alison Budner who recently went to Fukushima to see things with her own eyes. From her travels, she produced a podcast where she interviews the locals of Fukushima. You can hear how the disaster impacted the local population, how they took the news in, and what it means for them now and in the future. You can hear her radio Podcast here.
Thanks for your support, and I look forward to sharing the happenings of the Pedal-Powered Hawaii-Music trip of December, soon!
Best,
Justin
ps. a new music video for Boon Carri E is coming out soon. The talented Christine Beggs of Ripples Edge Media is featured in dancing as well as being the lead videographer/choreographer/producer of the shoot. More soon.
